Boulder Developments Ltd was founded in 1997 by Craig and Alison Bown and consists of a total of three businesses; SuperFOIL Insulation, Ventilation Megastore and Treefloor.
SuperFOIL Insulation
SuperFOIL Insulation is the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of foil insulation products and was formed in 1997 alongside Boulder Developments. The SuperFOIL brand itself was then later established in 2007.
Based at Boulder Business Park in Lincoln, SuperFOIL is now a team of over 40 people dedicated to producing over one million square metres of high quality insulation products per year.
We manufacture high-performing multifoil building insulation solutions for trade contractors, professionals and DIY through stockists, retail and online. We provide the best solution for you through honest, expert technical advice.

Ventilation Megastore
Ventilation Megastore is dedicated to improving energy efficiency by the use of mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems.

After producing cork tiles since 2013, Boulder Developments has recently launched its TreeFloor brand in 2022.
