Returns Policy

Accidental Orders & General Order Cancellation:

If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] or calling our office on 01636 639900. When contacting us, please provide your order number, name, and delivery address so that we can locate your order as quickly as possible.

Because our warehouse begins processing orders right away, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept and cancel your order before it is dispatched.

• If the order has already been dispatched: We will not be able to cancel the delivery. You will need to follow our standard returns procedure outlined below. 

• If cancelled before dispatch: We will issue a full refund, including any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.
  

Returns Policy (Up to 28 Days): 

We accept returns for up to 28 days after your order was processed.

How to make a return:

1. Send it back: Return the item to our warehouse. Please note that the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and not SuperFOIL Insulation. Where possible, please provide the tracking code for your return to our team.
2. Request an RMA: Please call 01636 639900 or email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure form. You will need to have your order number ready to provide to the SuperFOIL team so that we can locate your order.
3. Prepare your items: You must take reasonable care in the storage and preparation of the item for return. We recommend using the original packaging when preparing your return and you must include your RMA number somewhere clear on your return. Failure to do so will delay your refund.
