That’s why we invested in our bespoke, custom-built multifoil machine, and it’s also why we’ve made this investment.

This is much larger than most other machines on the market can handle, giving us an incredible edge when it comes to the space-efficiency of our products. Making our products easier to store and more eco-friendly to transport!
- It’s Smarter by Design: The entire process is built around smart methodology. Many of the design decisions made here were taken directly from lessons we designed when developing our custom multifoil machine, allowing us to automate and streamline much of the production process. Even the labelling is handled by this new machine.
- It Supports Our Team: That smart design isn’t just for show; it’s a massive boost to our team. There are many little elements of this machine that have been designed with our production team in mind. For example, the integrated conveyor belt eliminates the need for our production team to repeatedly bend down and pick up literally thousands of rolls every day.
