In 2016, SuperFOIL became the first multifoil manufacturer to offer the construction industry the opportunity to gain professional recognition by providing training directly to insulation professionals in the form of our one-day CPD Certified Installers Programme.
At the time, our intention was for the programme to form the first step in a series of CPD programmes developed to “assist Architects, Building Control and all interested developers with first-hand knowledge of how to achieve excellent thermal values while saving time and money!”
When we launched this training, we had no way to know that it would lead to the development of the Approved Installer Programme and its network of 700+ members spanning all across the UK.
This network has allowed us to work alongside, and provide support to, some of the most incredible installer businesses the UK has to offer; all of which built on the back of our free training programmes.
True to our intentions when we established that first training programme, however, we have worked to continue improving and developing the training we have to offer. So let’s take a look at the FREE training courses we provide, and how you can make the most of them…
What Training Do We Provide?
Currently, there are two main forms of training that we are providing to Insulation Professionals:
- Our Approved Installer Programme Training;
- Our Continued Professional Development (CPD) Training Courses;
Both of which we are providing 100% FREE of charge.
What is Covered In the Free Approved Installer Training
The training provided in the Approved Installer Programme is delivered in two parts: an online training module and an in-person training day.
Together this training is designed to provide members with expert insights born from our decades of experience with multifoil insulation alongside some invaluable hands-on instruction to give them first-hand experience installing SuperFOIL products.
Once completed, this 100% two-stage training provides our approved installers with:
- Expert insight into insulation (R-Values, U-Values, and more);
- A clear, concise overview of SuperFOIL products and their benefits;
- Hands-on instruction on the best way to install SuperFOIL products;
- Technical support for every SuperFOIL project, 100% free of charge;
- Official Certification as a SuperFOIL Approved Installer;
