Our Fourth roof insulation solution in this series is a SuperFOIL only solution for the renovation or conversion that involves replacing the roofing tiles. The build-up features SuperFOIL SF19BB applied across the top of the rafters and SF40 under the rafters to achieve a u-value of 0.17 which exceeds current refurb building regulations.
