Harder, better, faster, stronger
From the perspective of our clients, nothing will change and you’ll continue to order your products as you have done previously. But under-the-hood, it’s a major upgrade which is very exciting for our team (particularly the more techy of us!)
Orderwise is an award-winning provider of business management software, which helps more than 1,500 companies effectively manage their day-to-day operations.
We’re now using their system for e-commerce, ERP (enterprise resource planning), Amazon and eBay integration, stock transfer, kitting and courier integration with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Palletline and DX.
This is a big improvement over our old systems and it’s much more suitable for a company that’s grown significantly over the last few years.
It’s a great system and we’re confident that it’ll help us to continue giving everyone we work with a top quality service.
The local connection
Even better, Orderwise happens to be based just a few miles from our front door in Lincolnshire.
While that’s cool, our managing director, Will Bown explains this isn’t the reason why we decided to switch to them:
