We are a close-knit, family-run manufacturer

Based in the wonderful city of Lincoln, we’re all about helping our customers and clients to improve energy efficiency, saving money on heating bills and cutting their carbon emissions. 

 

At SuperFOIL, we are dedicated to being sustainable and environmentally friendly - implementing measures wherever we can. We use recycled materials within our products and packaging, as well as investing in British suppliers for our supply chain whenever possible.

We work to create a 5-year development plan with each individual staff member, so that they are able to grow and develop their career. They are able to discuss their aspirations and incorporate these into their personal plan.

Kudos recognition scheme

We have a culture of teamwork and respect and this is reflected in this employee reward scheme. Each month, everyone in the company can give their colleagues ‘Kudos’ points when they appreciate their work. We then select our ‘Value Champion’ for the month, which offers a £250 bonus.

The GP service

As part of the Live like Loyalty programme, this also provides our team members with ‘The GP Service’. This gives employees access to a GP within approximately 30 minutes and also any prescriptions to local pharmacies ready for collection within the hour.
